SYSOI is the system of intelligence for B2B events, a platform I built and manage. The problem it exists for is familiar to anyone running a real event calendar: conferences in one platform, webinars in another, the CEO dinner in a spreadsheet, the roadshow in the CRM. No single tool holds every event, let alone the people across all of them. SYSOI sits on top of what a team already uses: vendor-neutral, bring-your-own-tools, forensic by design. It even covers the invisible events that run on no platform at all.
The work
I own the platform end to end: product, design, and engineering.
The architecture runs on five pillars. The Event Brain holds the north star (goals, KPIs, target audience, brand voice) and every output gets measured against it. The Unified Record resolves identity across registration platforms, CRMs, and lead-capture tools into one golden record per person, enriched from LinkedIn. The Consistency Engine watches events in flight and emits drift signals across 5 dimensions (KPI, audience, voice, content, context) with severity attached, while the event can still be corrected. Sales Readiness turns engagement into weighted scores with transparent math and generates dossiers that hand off cleanly to HubSpot or Salesforce. Marquee scores CFP submissions and speaker decks against the event strategy, and the Portfolio view ranks the whole calendar by cost-per-opportunity while holding teams to speed-to-lead SLAs.

Integrations follow the same discipline as the product: connect what exists, and where a connector is missing, $3,500 and it gets built, with most shipping in 3 weeks.
Where it stands
Live, and positioned deliberately against the category. Event platforms are systems of record. SYSOI is the system of intelligence on top of them: not a feature, an architecture.
