Forge Intelligence
A brand-intelligence platform that reads a company's competitive landscape through an 8-agent AI pipeline and turns it into content operations that compound.
Forge Intelligence is the platform I founded, built, and manage: the intelligence layer behind modern marketing. Drop a URL and Forge reads the brand the way a strategist would (voice, audience, competitive gaps) and returns an intelligence brief in under 10 minutes, free. From there, an 8-agent pipeline with persistent memory turns that worldview into content engineered to be found, and cited, by AI engines.
The work
I own the platform end to end: product, design, engineering, and go-to-market, bootstrapped from Portland since 2025.
The heart of the system is the Brain, a per-brand competitive worldview that is versioned like code and kept fresh with every analysis. Around it the pipeline runs in sequence: the GEO Strategist claims untaken topical territory, Brand Intelligence maps the landscape, the Authenticity Enricher layers in E-E-A-T signals, and dedicated generators handle content, campaigns, social, video, and ads. Everything passes a compliance gate before the publishing queue ships it with tracking attached, and performance data feeds back into the Brain so the next cycle starts smarter.

Where it stands
Live, bootstrapped, and compounding. Forge is built for mid-market B2B teams running content operations that compete with teams 10 times their size, and it holds itself to a specific bar: surface the insight a brand strategist would charge $50,000 and 6 weeks to find, continuously. It is not an agency and it does not automate busywork. It is the intelligence layer the marketing operation never had.
